Metal Surgery offers manufacture and installation of all your structural steel requirements with the CE mark, in line with the Construction Products Regulations which came into action in July 2014.
We can work alongside structural engineers to create our customer and fabrication drawings, and highly recommend having all structural design work completed by a qualified engineer prior to commencing work with us.
Our previous structural steelwork has included balconies, building frameworks, and agricultural building extensions. With a particular focus on the construction industry, we work with individual builders through to larger construction companies and have manufactured and installed a variety of structures including balconies, stairways, walkways, balustrades, and railings all over the South West.
We are accredited to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standards, so you can rest assured that your projects are in good hands with us. All our welders and engineers who work on-site are CSCS accredited, and all welding is carried out by our coded welders. We take training and professional development seriously and currently have apprentices working with our local colleges.
You can also take advantage of our experienced 2D and 3D design facility to create your structural steel projects from design all the way through to production. We can take your design concept and turn this into fully detailed plans and 3D images prior to commencing any work.
